I am a seasoned pilot who has had the experience of death dive recovery from a jet aircraft. After a lot of pondering I have the technology and the solution for the death dive recovery.
We have a solution to evade a SAM / AAM fired at an aircraft, evade and destroy the missile by entering into a death dive and then recovering from the same thus sending the missile back to the ground. The same application can be used to recover aircraft from system failure in commercial aircraft's leading to death dives these can be separately automated if required as applicable.
